The various Projects planned could be classified under four heads. The Organizing Committee has constituted a large Project sub committee consisting of technical, financial and managerial experts to work in conjunction with the Finance sub committee and the Church Committee for taking up the identified works based on normal codal procedures, and setting up milestones for each of the Projects to avoid time and cost escalation. The details are as follows:

1. Deferred Maintenance Projects
   These Projects relate to Church and Premises Development, Civil and Electrical Works and include Major maintenance to the Common Vault, Cemetery Development works, Rewiring of Church, Generator for Church and Premises, Installation of close circuit TV for Church, Major maintenance to Church Bell and Bell Tower, Providing railing/grill on the Compound walls, Providing good sound system for Church and Renovation/Reconstruction of Centenary Hall. Of the above essential works are being prioritized and work already taken up by dedicated teams of civil and electrical work groups of the Project sub committee.
    
2. New Projects
   The identified Projects include Muttathara Church Construction, Charkari Mission house Construction, and a major project under finalization titled Christ Church Mission outreach Center.Of the above, while Muttathara Project is waiting for some more statutory approvals, Charkari Project is nearing completion. The major project is presently under discussion and various options like animation center, medical mission, support to gospel teams in kerala and integration of social and mission activities in some part of the state are under consideration.
    
3. Book on the History of Christ Church
   A dedicated sub committee is actively working on this Project for which data collection and compilation are to be completed by April2009. The authentic historical legacy of this oldest church in the capital city of Trivandrum has to be brought out with brief life sketch of more than 60 catechists and presbyters who ministered in this sanctuary during the last 150 years and more and hence this Project requires help and co operation from all the members and well wishers in locating authentic historic data. This project, when materialized will be a great contribution to our future generations.
    
4. Souvenir
   This is an year long Project which would remain with us to remember our Sesquicentennial celebrations and would carry messages from the Christian , Social and Political leaders, articles concerning vivid reminiscences about Christ Church life in yesteryears and the activities of the Church and various Organizations.
